Preparing For Creating the Podcast “Gamification Station” in 30 Days.

Over the next couple of weeks, I will spend time:

• Creating a commercial trailer for the podcast

• Creating a process for the podcast

• Recording, and editing podcasts

• Posting and advertising these podcasts

• Repurposing these podcasts into blogs and social media posts

• Documenting the entire journey

Over the course of this project, I hope to learn:

• Anything and everything about gamification with the goal of being able to provide businesses with gamification strategies

• Pro techniques for managing a project

• How to create a trailer that will make viewers want to continue the podcast

• Creating valuable copy in the form of blogs

• Creating social media posts that will translate to podcast listeners, and grow my following

• The best way to publicly share podcasts

The list of tools I will be using is

• Trello (Time Management)

• Google Docs (Documenting my own Thoughts, and Processes)

• Anchor (Distribute and Monetize Podcast)

• Zencastr (Record my podcasts)

• Adobe Premiere Pro (Editing Videos)

This week was a prep week. I spent this week planning the following three weeks, creating some podcast ideas, setting up my project management system in Trello, and began building the landing page for the documentation of this project.
