Fit Body Boot Camp... Ouch

I've done my first two workouts at Fit Body Boot Camp, and now I'm laying in bed typing this brushing sweat from my eyes while my legs quiver like they're crying.
What is it?
Fit Body Boot Camp is a 30 minute HIIT Cardio workout. If you don't know what HIIT is, and you are interested in working out, I highly recommend checking out this method as it is quick an effective. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, which is HIGH energy sets of activities, done back to back with TINY breaks.
Fit Body does it like this: a group exercise everyone does for 1 minute thirty seconds, five second break, do it again. Five second break, get over to your personal activity. These personal activities range from what seems like millions of activities. Ropes, weighted lunges, pushups, triceps pulldowns, so many things. You do this for a minute, five second break, and then a minute super-setted with a second activity. You do both of these activities three times a piece. You then do the group exercise portion again (one minute 30 second exercise twice) and then move over to a different super set section of two different activities. You basically repeat this cycle to four-five sections.
Your five second break is usually you walking to the next activity. No time for sipping water here! This thirty minutes is a glimpse into what hell looks like, and it is a lot sweatier than I had imagined.
Two days in and I can barely move! But wow, does this work. If you have the discipline to get up and go the next day, this WILL transform you into a beautiful muscular Greek god.
This type of workout keeps your metabolism burning calories for up to, wait for it, THIRTY SIX hours after the workout. For 30 minutes of working out, that is quite amazing. This is for ALL different fitness levels, never worked out before? Come on in. Workout everyday? Come on in. Either way, it is brutal!
