2-night packages start at $4,809 for two people.
I don't know about you, but $2400 for two days sounds like a little bit of money. The average monthly mortgage in the US is around $1,275. The average monthly new car payment is $397/month. Mortgage plus car payment equals $1,672, still $728 cheaper than TWO nights at Disney's Star Wars: Galactic Cruisers.
I think it is safe to agree, that is a lot of money.
But why?
Immersion
Welcome to the beginning of the future. This hotel is going to be THE most immersive experience into a fake world this planet has yet to offer. The windows of the hotel? You're looking out into to space. The walls? Looks like you are in a cruiser. Every single of part of this hotel is pure immersion.
Characters from the show will be there, the menu will be star wars based, music playing, certain smells, the look the feel the everything will be pure Star Wars. You WILL be IN Star Wars.
Story
So this hotel is not just a hotel. This hotel is an attraction in itself. The moment you step foot in this hotel, you begin YOUR story in Star Wars. This hotel is almost a game, and you are the hero of the game. Everything you do, effects your stay.
As you continue your 2 night stay, you'll interact with characters that need help. You'll learn to wield a lightsaber, explore planets, and so much more. It is a story that you are in, and in control of. Your stay is effected by your decisions, which is the first of it's kind. You're not paying to sleep in a greatly themed room, you are paying to LIVE a 2 day adventure.
Others
Besides for the high immersion, and the opportunity to live your Star Wars story through exclusive experiences, missions and activities, there are other benefits included. You get an entire meal plan through the two days, and access to Hollywood Studios and Galaxies Edge, with Valet parking.
Overall
You are not just paying for a cool spot to sleep, you are paying for an adventure. It may just be the best $2,400 you spend. This is going to be the beginning of an amazing movement.
